Morganne graduated in 1998 from the Ecole Nationale Vétèrinaire de Nantes. Thereafter she performed her internship and residency in equine surgery with a master in equine laparascopy at the University of Montreal. After working as an associate professor in large animal surgery and orthopaedics at the Atlantic Veterinary College, she assumed the position of head of surgery at the Sharjah Equine Hospital until 2015. She worked another two years as head of surgery and sports medicine for the Wrsan Farms and Sweihan Camel Hospital. Presently she works as a resident surgery and orthopaedics specialist. Furthermore she is a member of the stallion selection committee of the French Arab Breeders Association and a FEI endurance official for endurance. Her current research project are the field nociceptive testing to detect hyposensitization in endurance horses and arthroscopy in the racing dromedary camel
